Yes, that is trailing behind. It appears to be following at a distance. **

To plant trailing geraniums correctly, start by choosing a location that receives full sun to partial shade. Make sure the soil is well-draining and amend it with compost if needed. Dig a hole slightly larger than the root ball of the geranium and place the plant in the hole, making sure it sits at the same level as it was in the container. Water the plant thoroughly after planting and continue to water regularly, allowing the soil to dry out slightly between waterings. Fertilize the geraniums every 4-6 weeks with a balanced fertilizer to promote healthy growth and blooming. **

There is no scientific evidence to support the existence of real fortune tellers who can accurately predict the future. Fortune telling is often considered a form of entertainment or a belief system rather than a genuine ability to foresee events. While some people may claim to have psychic abilities, these claims have not been substantiated through rigorous scientific testing. It's important to approach fortune telling with skepticism and critical thinking. **

The dimmer used can vary depending on the type of lighting fixture being controlled. Leading edge dimmers are typically used with incandescent and halogen bulbs, while trailing edge dimmers are more commonly used with LED and CFL bulbs. It is important to match the dimmer type with the appropriate lighting technology to ensure optimal performance and compatibility. **

Trailing-edge dimmers are typically used for LED and electronic low-voltage lighting, as they provide a smoother dimming experience and help prevent flickering. On the other hand, leading-edge dimmers are more commonly used for incandescent and halogen lighting. The choice between leading-edge and trailing-edge dimmers depends on the type of lighting being used and the desired dimming performance. **

Image trailing effects, also known as ghosting, on monitors can be caused by a few different factors. One common reason is slow response time of the monitor, which can result in images not refreshing quickly enough and leaving a trail behind moving objects. Another reason can be the use of outdated or low-quality cables, which can result in signal interference and ghosting. Additionally, if the monitor's refresh rate is not properly synchronized with the graphics card, it can lead to ghosting effects. Finally, image trailing can also be caused by a phenomenon called overdrive, where the pixels on the screen cannot transition between colors fast enough, resulting in ghosting. **

Fortune tellers claim to predict future events based on supernatural or mystical powers, but there is no scientific evidence to support the accuracy of their predictions. Many factors can influence the outcome of future events, making it impossible to predict with certainty. It is important to approach fortune telling with skepticism and critical thinking, as relying on such predictions can lead to false hope or disappointment. **

The legitimacy of fortune tellers is a topic of debate. While some people believe in their abilities to predict the future or provide guidance, others view them as frauds who take advantage of vulnerable individuals seeking answers. It is important to approach fortune tellers with skepticism and consider their services as entertainment rather than relying on them for life-altering decisions. Ultimately, whether fortune tellers are frauds or not depends on one's personal beliefs and experiences. **
